During our time together we will be focusing on requirements 2-9 in the MB requirements.  It is a requirment to have your health-care practitioner give you a physical examination, using the Scout medical examination form.  If this form is not properly completed you will not be able to particpate in the clinic.  If you doctor has given you a physical in the last year they will typically compley the key portions of the form for you if you drop it by their office.

Wear athletic gear that you can comfortably perform outdoor fitness excersices in. You will be completing a 1mile run/walk during the Clinic time.
